NYC's COVID-19 Action Day: Sites For Testing, PPE Distribution

Richmond County Medical Society

November 1, 2020

Action Day

Tomorrow, NYC's Test & Trace Corps will be holding a Get Tested Day of Action on Staten Island. Volunteers will be distributing face coverings and testing information at the Staten Island Ferry Terminal and other major shopping areas, including the Staten Island Mall, Bricktown Mall and along Forest Avenue.

They will also be reminding folks about the Core Four: wash your hands frequently, practice social distancing, wear a face covering, and stay home if you're sick.

COVID-19 testing is available to anyone who wants to be tested. This week, there will be mobile testing and self-testing sites at the locations listed above.

There are a number of additional testing sites on Staten Island that can be found on our Resource Page here: www.statenislandusa.com/covidtesting.

Please continue to be mindful of the symptoms of COVID-19: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.
